ABOUT RYON
Christopher M. Savage | Founder
Chris graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging, beginning his career selling medical materials to device manufacturers in the United States and Mexico.
Chris received his MBA from the University of Southern California in 2000, including studies in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Santiago, Chile.
After 5 years with Alcoa as a Sales Director selling pharmaceutical packaging to U.S. and European drug companies, his interest in the hospitality industry led him to Las Vegas. As Bellagio National Sales Manager, Chris secured conventions at Bellagio for MGM Resorts International.

From 2009-2015, Chris founded and managed CMS Limited, a meeting/conference contract management firm for agency associates, handling hundreds of domestic and international contracts ranging from 10 person board meetings, to 200 member conferences, to citywide conventions with 3,000 attendees.
In 2015, Ryon International was established in Austin as a full service agency, providing venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and program support for all clients: any size meeting, any type venue, anywhere in the world.
Chris’ 20+ years of experience also includes the Alcoa Business System, Bellagio Executive Mentor Program, and SITE Texas Board of Directors.
Chris resides in Austin with his wife and children.

Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association is a 5,000 plus non-profit members association for owners and pilots of Cirrus Design Aircraft. We have an annual "Migration" where over 600 of our members and their spouses fly into a three day conference consisting of social activities, educational courses and a trade show with over 40 vendors.
